🥥Khao Soi (Coconut Curry) – This soup is seasonal, but when you see it, ORDER IT! A bowl of pure comfort! This Northern Thai-inspired dish featured a rich, velvety coconut curry broth brimming with tender noodles and succulent chicken. Topped with crispy fried wontons, fresh herbs, and a hint of lime, every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of spice, creaminess, and crunch.
🥟 Pork & Shrimp Sui Mai – These delicate dumplings were bursting with juicy pork and shrimp, steamed to perfection and served with a flavorful dipping sauce.
🥟 Krab Rangoon – Light, crispy, and stuffed with creamy filling, this classic appetizer was an indulgent treat.
🥖 Braised Beef Banh Mi – This sandwich was a standout! The slow-braised beef melted in my mouth, balanced with crisp pickled vegetables and a perfectly toasted baguette.
🍤 Fried Rice with Shrimp – Packed with umami and just the right amount of wok-charred goodness, this dish was both satisfying and full of flavor. Order it with a skewer of your choice to make it a meal: beef skewer, pork skewer, chicken skewer, shrimp skewer, miso salmon, or (my favorite) shitake mushroom.
