Must-Try Brunch Dishes & Drinks

🥗Smoked Caesar - This is a one-of a kind Caesar Salad that you won't find anywhere else! The olive oil dressing is smoked giving the entire salad a savory/smoky dimension. I loved the grated egg yolk over the top of the dish. The salad is also topped with finely shaved parmesan, pickled red onion, and breadcrumbs.
🥔Pancetta Hash - When we asked our server which egg dish to order, he immediately suggested the Pancetta Hash. The crispy pan-fried potatoes were surrounded by diced asparagus, peppers & pickled shallots in a Calabrian gremolata sauce. Of course, there was plenty of pancetta. Two eggs "your way" are included. My suggestion: order the egg over easy just so you can split the egg yolk & mix the entire dish together.
🍚'Nduja Arancini - These are the best risotto balls you'll ever try. The slighly spicy-smoky 'nduja with honey, garlic & parm make this a truly unique dish.
🧇Waffles - These bubble waffles have a slightly crisp exterior and doughy center. We ordered the blueberry with preserved lemon cream & balsamic butter topped with honey brittle. They also have Amaretto (burnt orange caramel, chocolate, whipped cream, powdered sugar) and Classic Waffle (honey duck butter & maple syrup). We ordered the waffle as dessert.

Cocktail Picks:

  • 🍅Bloody Mary Bar with ALLLLL the fixins
  • 🥂Bellini - choose from Peach or Guava
  • 🍊Blood Orange French 75
  • ☕Carajillo - espresso with coffee liqueur

For the best experience, grab a seat at the bar for a front-row view of the cocktail-making action or plan to visit when the weather is perfect & snag a seat on the patio!
